Oliver is a second generation Realtor who was born in Sarnia, Ontario. His family in St. Clair Township goes back for generations, his ancestors set roots here in the 1800's. Oliver attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University on a golf scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.
